Ceramic coatings are extremely durable vehicle protection systems. Depending on the coating used they are suitable for use on paintwork, wheels, glass, plastic trim and PPF.
It's a good investment to permanently protect the exterior from deteriorating prematurely and maintain a higher resale value. Less maintenance due to the slickness of the coating won't allow dirt, brake dust and road tar to stick to your paint, wheels or glass nearly as much making cleaning your vehicle a much more enjoyable and effortless process. Not to mention you will see ultimate gloss and colour depth not comparable to anything else. Properly maintained vehicles will shine like new for many years to come.
Coating is carefully applied by hand as a liquid one panel at a time covering the exterior surfaces. The paintwork is firstly decontaminated and prepared to ensure the coating achieves a good bond to the paintwork.
This question is best answered by getting rid of the words “Coating” and “Film” and replacing them with “Liquid” and “Plastic Wrap”.
Ceramic coating is a liquid and is applied from a 50mL bottle onto the surface of a car. It can be applied to any surface, paint, plastic, rubber, glass, and fabric. The liquid is smoothed, buffed, and eventually hardens into a shell over the surface. This hardened shell is approximately 100 times thinner than Paint Protection Film.
Paint Protection Film is a thick plastic wrap that can only be installed on painted surfaces. It cannot stick properly to plastics, rubber, glass, or fabrics. The clear plastic is so thick, that it becomes a sacrificial skin-protecting paint from rock chips, scratches, swirls, and other forms of wear.
Yes, the coating reaches maximum hardness a few weeks after installation, but you still have to keep a careful eye on the vehicle for the first few days. Bird bombs, tree sap, road tar, or any major dirt must be washed and dried off as soon as possible.
If rock chips and paint scratches are your primary concern, then PPF is the solution.
If ease of cleaning, smooth feel, and shine are your primary concerns, then Ceramic Coating is the solution.

After ceramic coating is installed, it is no longer necessary to wax the exterior.
After paint protection film is installed, it can be waxed. However, we recommend having a ceramic coating installed over the paint protection film instead.
Before ceramic coatings were introduced to the mass market, car cleaning was a major chore. The cleaning process is simple with a coated vehicle. Often times between washes, you can simply spray the car down and wipe it dry with a product like Optimum No Rinse.

Window film is a thin, multi-layered polyester material that incorporates many different layers to control different properties, including Ultra-Violet (UV) light, heat, glare, and privacy. Window film comes in a variety of performance levels and shades.
The many benefits of window film include eye comfort, UV protection, aesthetics, and increased safety, privacy, and energy savings.
No. In most cases, window film is installed on the inside of the glass. This allows for maximum durability. On vehicles, the window tint is hand-cut on the outside of the glass, then installed on the interior of the glass.
After window film installation, wait a week before cleaning the inside of the window where the film was installed. After a week, use a window cleaner without ammonia and a soft cloth or rubber squeegee. We recommend foam cleaners because they do not streak, and are usually ammonia-free. Never scrape the film with any type of blade or clean your tinted windows with anything abrasive, as it will scratch the film.
Damaged window film cannot be repaired, but the damaged piece of film can be removed and the glass can be retinted.
Yes, window film adds a degree of shatter resistance to the glass areas of your vehicle. These films bond to glass and help hold dangerous glass fragments in place, should breakage occur due to an accident, natural disaster, or illegal entry.
Yes. Glare not only can cause eye fatigue, but it can also be dangerous when driving. It reduces the amount of light allowed through the film, therefore allowing you to see better and not stress your eyes.
No, window film does not prevent the glass from breaking. Window film does increase the safety of the glass; due to a very aggressive adhesive, the film helps to hold the pieces of broken glass together. In the event the glass breaks, due to an auto accident, or a person running into it, the glass will shatter, but in most instances, the film will help keep the glass together.

Paint Protection Film, is a self-healing film that protects many applied areas from rock chips, scratches, dents, stains or swirls caused by road debris, bug droppings, and other environmental elements. Paint protection film is an 8 mil, clear polyurethane film. This virtually invisible film will not alter the color or design elements of your vehicle.
Next to a home, your vehicle is often the second largest investment you will make. Keeping your vehicle looking new and protecting it with a quality paint protection film from a company you can trust is important.
